The Estethica tradition of mentoring the next generation of fashion talent began in 2009 and for the last 15 years, we have had the pleasure of nurturing design cohorts for the Circular Design Challenge, Mercedes-Benz Sustainability Prize and Paul Smith’s Foundation Fashion Residency to name just a few.

We understand the importance of mentoring intimately, having been similarly guided throughout our careers, and wish to pass our baton of accumulated knowledge on. We do not take the responsibility of a mentor lightly and will prepare you for both the challenges and opportunities ahead.

Each member of our team has 20+ years of experience navigating the meanders of ethics and sustainability. Our combined expertise spans every aspect of fashion sustainability: supply chain, identity, philosophy, design, waste management, communication, strategy, circularity, materiality and innovation.
